CPC Delegation Led by Qu Qingshan Visits Tunisia

Tunis, June 2 (Xinhua) -- At the invitation of the Tunisian People's Movement, Qu Qingshan, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and head of the Institute of Party History and Literature of the CPC Central Committee, led a CPC delegation to visit Tunisia from May 30 to June 2. Qu met with Speaker of the Assembly of People's Representatives of Tunisia Brahim Bouderbala, former Tunisian Foreign Minister Ahmed Wanis, Secretary-General of the People's Movement Zouhair Maghzaoui and others, and attended the Conference on Dialogue of Civilizations: From Beijing to Carthage, which was held among personages from all sectors of Tunisia.

Tunisia highly commended China's achievements in development under the leadership of the CPC and expressed willingness to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with China in various fields to promote the development of Tunisia-China relations.
