The Central Committee’s Political Bureau holds an enlarged meeting at Wayaobu in northern Shaanxi Province to determine the strategy of establishing a Chinese United Front against Japanese Aggression. After the meeting, Mao Zedong makes a report, systematically elaborating this strategy.
