It states, “Peace, like air and sunshine, is hardly noticed when we’re benefiting from it. But without it we are lost. Without peace, development is out of the question. As members of the same global village, we should foster a firm awareness of our being a community with a shared future; we should go with the tide of our time, move in the right direction, and stick together when things are tough, to drive development in Asia and the rest of the world to the next level.”
