Since the 18th CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping has given a series of important statements emphasizing the importance of family, family education, and family virtues. These statements are high-minded, rich in content, and profound in thought. They are of significant importance in mobilizing all sectors of society to participate extensively in the improvement of family civility, striving to make countless families a crucial base for national development, ethnic progress, and social harmony, integrating the realization of personal and family dreams into the national and ethnic dreams, and gathering the formidable force for the building of a great modern socialist country in all respects and the realization of the Chinese Dream of National Rejuvenation.

To assist officials and the public in studying, understanding, and mastering Xi Jinping’s important statements, we have compiled this current volume.

The content of this volume is excerpted from more than 60 important documents such as reports, speeches, conversations, explanations, and question-and-answer sessions by Xi Jinping from November 15, 2012, to December 28, 2020. It is divided into seven topics, with a total of 107 statements, some of which are being published here for the first time.
