Editor's Note

As per the Party Central Committee’s directives, we launched an extensive thematic education program across the Party in April 2023. This program, primarily targeting officials at or above the county and section level, emphasizes studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

To support this initiative, we have compiled this current volume as a study and reference resource for Party members and officials.

The volume includes over 110 significant documents such as reports, speeches, explanations, lectures, congratulatory letters, and reply letters by Xi Jinping from November 15, 2012, to March 13, 2023. It is organized into three topics, comprising a total of 242 statements.
