Editor's Note

In line with the Party Central Committee’s directives, we initiated a comprehensive thematic education program in April 2023. This program, aimed primarily at officials at the county and section level and above, is designed to deepen the understanding and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era across the entire Party.

To support this educational initiative, we have compiled this current volume, a resource intended for study and reference by Party members and officials.

The content of this compilation is drawn from over 140 key documents, including reports, speeches, articles, instructions, and directives by Xi Jinping, spanning from November 15, 2012, to March 5, 2023. The compilation is organized into eight topics, comprising a total of 201 statements, some of which are being published here for the first time.
