Editor's Note

In accordance with the plans laid out by the Party Central Committee, the second round of the Aspiration and Mission education campaign began in September 2019. It was carried out in institutions below the provincial level, their directly affiliated units, higher education institutions, and other grassroots organizations.

To support this second round of themed education, we have compiled this current volume for grassroots Party members and officials to study.

The content of this volume is drawn from over 130 significant documents, including speeches, reports, articles, instructions, and directives by Xi Jinping from November 15, 2012, to July 16, 2019. The volume is divided into ten topics, totaling 362 statements, some of which are being published here for the first time.
