The speech states, “For hundreds of years the spirit of the Silk Road — of peace and cooperation, openness and inclusiveness, mutual learning, and mutual benefit — has been passed down through the generations. We need to champion the spirit of the Silk Road, boost the impetus for development, bring dynamism to cooperation, and constantly reinforce a strategic China- Arab relationship of comprehensive cooperation and common development.”
