They have become basic norms of international relations and basic principles of international law; effectively protected the rights and interests of the developing world; and played a positive role in building a fairer, more equal, and more rational international political and economic order. We should discuss how to better promote them under new circumstances, to press for the establishment of a new kind of international relations, and to come together in building a better world through win-win cooperation.”
