The speech states, “The Bandung Conference thus represents a major milestone for solidarity and cooperation between the peoples of Asia and Africa. We must carry forward this spirit by constantly infusing it with new contemporary significance. This includes pushing for a new type of international relations centered on mutually beneficial cooperation, promoting a more just and equitable international order and international system, and building a human community with a shared future in order to bring greater benefits to the people of Asia, Africa, and other parts of the world.”
